Watershed Management Overuse of Water in Morris COunty In light of the recent increased water use restrictions in Morris County, and esp in Parisppany where the situation is to the point where the State DEP is fining the city for going over consumption limits, are their any organization dedicated to stopping developers. Besides the extra use of water by new construction, I also worry about the paving over of land that could help soak up rain and refill the aquifers that supply the water.
