Our town is overdeveloped already but there is a developer here named Mossberg that appears to be determined to fill every sq inch with houses & condos. It looks like the planning board is on his side. When I go to the town meeting 11/26 what can I say to have an impact on people listening there? |

We are planning to buy a house. I understand that there are a number of sites in NJ which is/have been toxic dump sites. Want to avoid such areas. Is there a way we can find this information?

Overuse of Water in Morris COunty |
In light of the recent increased water use restrictions in Morris County, and esp in Parisppany where the situation is to the point where the State DEP is fining the city for going over consumption limits, are their any organization dedicated to stopping developers. Besides the extra use of water by new construction, I also worry about the paving over of land that could help soak up rain and refill the aquifers that supply the water. |
