DMAG Mission Statement
To assist every individual in realizing the inherent right to develop his or her greatest potential.

Purpose
DMAG strives to advance awareness and understanding of the importance of developing young minds. DMAG promotes meaningful education with creative stimulation for gifted and talented children and youth. DMAG provides informational programs, resources, and advocacy to ensure meaningful and relevant educational opportunities. These goals will be pursued through partnerships with educators, parents, administrators, community leaders and the general public.

Strategic Objectives of DMAG are:

• Encourage early identification of children who are gifted and talented.
• Advocate and support meaningful and relevant programming for gifted and talented individuals.
• Promote awareness of the unique characteristics and needs of gifted and talented individuals.
• Provide resources and support to gifted and talented individuals, their families and their community.
